Refund Policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, and things may not always go as planned. That’s why we offer a customer-friendly return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Here’s everything you need to know:

Returns and Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or is not as expected, we’re here to help! We’ll assist you with everything—from returns to exchanges.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The returned product must pass our quality check.
  • It should be in its original, unused condition with intact packaging.

Once the product passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed. Please make sure to carefully read the product details before placing your order.

Quality Assurance

Every product goes through a thorough quality check before it reaches you. However, handmade or artistic items may have slight variations in finish due to the nature of the work.

If you’re still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 3 days of delivery.

  1. Email us with the details within these 3 days.
  2. We’ll schedule a pickup for the item.
  3. A 15% deduction from the refund will be applied to cover return shipping charges.
  4. The product should pass the return QC to be eligible for refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any extra charges.
  • Custom orders, however, cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel an order, contact us via phone or email. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

For refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: The amount will be reversed to your original payment method.
  • COD orders: You’ll need to share your bank details for the refund. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable; only the product cost will be refunded.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Please ensure the product is not used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products, created as per your request, are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-cancelable
  • Non-exchangeable

COD is also not available for custom orders.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are non-refundable. Only damaged or faulty items from the order will be replaced.

  • Bulk orders may take additional time to ship. Our team will confirm the shipping timeline during purchase confirmation.

For COD returns on bulk orders, the customer must bear the handling charges, which may vary depending on the product. Pixel Perfect is not responsible for these charges.
